IPBRICK.UCoIP is a Unified Communications Center, without limit of users or phone extensions, that operates On Premises or in Private Cloud.
Since the Communications center includes Voice, Videoconferencing and Professional Chat, duly integrated with the email, it is capable to use the email address, as a common address (UCoIP address), to easily communicate through the communication channels available.
It also provides a UCoIP page that allows any external user, whether it is a partner or a client, to contact you through Voice, Chat, Email and Videoconferencing.
UCoIP Page
With the Unified Communications of IPBRICK, you will be provided with a UCoIP page, which gathers, in a single place, several ways of communication [Voice, Chat, Email and Video Call].
And any external user can communicate with you, from your business partner to your clients, even if they don’t own IPBRICK technology. All they have to do is write your UCoIP page (example: user.ucoip.net) in an internet browser and they will have access to all channels of communication.
A Unique Address to communicate, but which one?
An Address which unifies all other addresses and that everyone uses… Have you ever considered this question? And if so, what should be this unique address? It would certainly be an address that allow to recognize a person and the organization at the same time.
It is unanimous that this address should be something like:
person@company.com
But anyone will say, “Isn’t this the email address?”
And we respond … Why can’t this be user address?
This address can be the user address, and we should use it to communicate by the various forms available, including: Email (as it was originally used), Voice, Video and Professional Chat.

From concept to implementation
After years of work to solve this problem, IPBRICK developed the technology to implement the concept. With the new version of IPBRICK OS and the use of IP Communications for Voice, Video, Chat and Email protocols, you can dial the username in the computer or on your mobile phone and communicate across all channels.
Replacing “@” with a Dot “.”
By typing a simple web address in a browser “user.company.com” (instead of user@company.com), you reach the desired person easily, without the need to memorize multiple addresses (Email Address, Skype Addresses, Phone Numbers and Company links).
