Why choose Private Cloud solutions?
Have you ever thought about those companies that own Private facilities and that after a day of work place their collaborators digital work in shared Public cloud solutions?
Taking into account the quantity of companies that adopt Public cloud solutions, I get the idea that companies don’t even care if their collaborators work is placed in a private space or not. Why? Is it because no one ever bothered to explain it to managers or administrators?
Private Cloud solutions were designed and created around that thought: to keep private material in the Cloud, such as the mobility and ubiquity that data demands, but in a private access place, not a shared one.
The most amusing is that companies keep adopting private solutions in situations where public solutions would be less risky. As an example, companies own cars for their administrators and other important positions. Why don’t they also decide that senior officials should take the bus (shared public transport)?
Why is that companies have receptionists or securities outside their facilities if nowadays everything that matters on a services company it’s not anywhere inside the company itself? For whom and for what are they investing so much security in? Why is it that for digital assets, surely as important as the collaborators who create them, aren’t they adopting equivalent security policies, instead of leaving them to the unknown?
